    Gst registration process step by step guide

    The new GST registration process is listed below:

    1. Navigate to the GST Portal

    2. Completing OTP Validation yields a TRN.

    3. The new GST registration page appears. Select the option for New Registration.

    4. TRN Generation & OTP Verification

    5. The OTP Verification page is presented after entering the above information. The OTP will only be valid for 10 minutes. As a result, enter the two distinct OTPs that were issued to confirm the email and cell number.

    6. TRN Created

    7. A TRN will be produced after successfully completing OTP verification. TRN will now be utilised to fill out and submit the GST registration form.

    8. Log in with your TRN.

    9. Following receipt of the TRN, the applicant must begin the GST registration step by step process. Enter the generated TRN and the captcha text as presented on the screen in the GST Portal's Temporary Reference Number (TRN) box. Submit the OTP verification on your mobile device and through email.

    10. Submit Your Company Information

    11. A variety of documents must be presented in order to receive GST registration process. Business information must be entered on the first tab.

    12. Submit Promoter Details

    13. Provide information about promoters and directors in the following tab. In the event of a sole proprietorship, the details of the proprietors must be given. A GST registration process application might include information on up to ten Promoters or Partners.

    14. Submit Authorized Signatory Data

    15. An approved signatory is a person designated by the company's promoters.

    16. Main Place of Business

    17. The application must give information about the applicant's major location of the business in this section.

    18. Additional Business Location

    19. If you have a second location, enter the property information on this page. For example, if the applicant is a Flipkart or other e-commerce platform seller who uses the seller's warehouse, that location can be listed as an extra place of business.

    20. Specifications of Goods and Services

    21. In this part, the taxpayer must list the top five items and services provided by the application. Provide the HSN code for items given and the SAC code for services.

    22. Bank Account Information

    23. Enter the applicant's total number of bank accounts in this box. Enter 5 if there are 5 accounts.

    24. Application Validation

    25. Verify the information supplied in the application before submitting it at this stage. Select the verification checkbox once verification is complete.

    26. Produced ARN

    27. The success message is displayed after signing the application. The acknowledgement will be sent to the registered e-mail and mobile phone number.
