I'm working on improving my football-kicking skills. These are the factors I'm thinking about in order to improve my kicking skills:
Keep an eye on the balls while kicking.
Arms should be positioned forward, sideways, and opposite the kicking leg.
The opposite foot is placed near the ball.
Initially, the hips rotate, followed by the shoulders.
The top or inside of the foot makes contact with the ball.
The kicker's leg then advances to the target zone.
